The Baxter Hotel, Friday, November 14th, 2025 – 5:30-8:30pm
Our biggest fundraiser of the year, the Miniature Art Auction is integral to keeping our exhibits, youth education program, and other events free to all. Our mission it to bring opportunities to artists, develop the fine art community here in Bozeman, and provided art classes, supplies and teachers to local elementary schools and non-profit organizations free of charge. This year, we are looking to raise funds to bring on an additional part-time art teacher/program coordinator to our team as well as look towards the future vision of a new location and building for our exhibit & classroom spaces.
How to Bid
- Check the Givebutter Auction Catalog above and create an account to receive a bid number (if you participated last year, you should already have an account to log into)
- Bidding begins at 4:30 on Friday, November 14th
- Work will be available to view in person starting at 5:30 Friday, November 14th upstairs at the Baxter Hotel
- Search catalog, save favorite pieces, and set maximum bids (maximum bids automatically place bids against others up until your desired maximum price) through the Givebutter site
- Auction Lots end in 15 minute increments starting at 7:45pm on November 14th
- 1-50 at 7:45
- 51-100 at 8:00
- 101-150 at 8:15
- 150+ at 8:30
- If you win, pay for your purchase via Givebutter or in person via cash or check
- Once payed, pick up your artwork upstairs at the Baxter on Friday between 8-9pm
- Shipping is available for remote winners, email us at info@bozemanartmuseum.org with your name and address
- Artwork can also be picked up from BAM (2612 W Main Street) during our regular hours (Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm) until December 13th
