Michele Corriel is an award-winning freelance art writer contributing to Big Sky Journal, Western Art & Architecture, and other art and culture publications in the West. She is the curatorial director for the Paul Harris and Marguerite Kirk Gallery and works with galleries and museums consulting in the area of Modern art and its effects on contemporary work. Michele holds a master’s degree in art history and a PhD in American art. She is an assistant teaching professor at Montana State University.
